Small houses, surprisingly full basements
East York homes are compact, but the basements are legendary. Workbenches, preserves shelves, fifty years of tools and furniture below a bungalow on Coxwell or a semi off Pape. Our crews carry it all up the narrow stairs, through the side door and out, without you moving a thing.
We also handle apartment pickups along Thorncliffe and Flemingdon Park, porch and yard cleanups in the Danforth pockets, and estate cleanouts where the family needs the house empty and broom swept for the listing photos.
